ORGANISERS of a bike night in Brigg are anticipating around 700 people will attend the event tonight (Friday, July 7). The annual Brigg Bike Night, which is in its third year since being reintroduced, will take place on Bridge Street and the Market Place.

A vulnerable kitten who was stranded in a 20ft tree has been saved and rehomed – by the firefighter who rescued him. The small ginger moggy is believed to have been stuck among the dense foliage of the tree in Bigby High Road, Brigg for over 24 hours.
